A full charge typically takes approximately 4 to 5 hours. You can monitor the progress on the LED display panel, which shows the real-time battery percentage. When the screen displays "100%", charging is complete.
While the vacuum has overcharge protection, we recommend unplugging the power adapter if the product will not be used for an extended period. Store it in a cool, dry place and recharge at least once every three months to maintain battery health.
If you have just used the vacuum in "Super" mode for a continuous period, the battery temperature may rise. We recommend letting the main unit cool down for 30 minutes before recharging to ensure charging efficiency and battery longevity.
No, the X5 features an Electronic Lock (Continuous Operation Mode).
To activate: Turn on the machine, hold the trigger, and press the Function Button on the screen. The "Lock" icon will light up, allowing you to vacuum without holding the trigger.
To exit: Press the function button again or release the switch depending on your current state.
You can switch between ECO, MEDIUM, and HIGH modes by pressing the Function Button on the digital display screen. The fan icons on the screen will change to indicate the current level
Loss of suction is usually due to a full dust bin or dirty filters. Please check the following:
Empty the dust barrel: If dust reaches the "MAX" mark, suction will decrease.
Clean the filters: Check the Inlet HEPA filter (Inside TIDEA LOGO Panel) and Outlet HEPA filter (Twist off the Red Disc Cover).
Check for blockages: Ensure the metal tube and floor brush are free of debris.
Yes. The cyclone components, sponge, and both HEPA filters (Inlet and Outlet) are washable.
Important: After rinsing with water, you must allow all parts to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling them. Using wet filters can damage the motor.
Press the unlocking button on the side of the floor brush to pop up the side cover.
Remove the roller brush.
Use scissors to cut away any hair or fibers wrapped around the brush.
Wipe the transparent cover clean before reinstalling.
The X5 is equipped with a smart monitoring system. Here are common indicators:
Air Duct Obstruction: Check the main tube and dust bin intake for clogs.
Brush Head Winding: The roller brush is stuck. Turn off the vacuum and remove hair/debris from the floor brush.
Filter Replacement Reminder: It may be time to clean or replace your HEPA filter element.
It might be a safety protection feature.
Overheat Protection: If the air duct is blocked or the motor overheats, the unit will shut down automatically. Let it cool down and clear blockages.
Low Battery: Check if the battery needs charging.
No. The X5 is designed for dry use only. Do not use it to pick up water or use it on wet surfaces, as this can damage the motor and electrical components.
You can use the included double-sided tape for a drill-free installation on smooth surfaces. Ensure the bottom of the mount is at least 115 cm from the floor so the vacuum hangs correctly.
The included double-sided tape is industrial-strength to ensure your vacuum stays secure. However, on certain surfaces (especially matte paint, wallpaper, or older drywall), the strong adhesive may peel off the paint upon removal.
Our Recommendations:
Choose the Right Surface: We strongly recommend installing the mount on smooth, non-porous surfaces like ceramic tile, glass, metal, or finished wood cabinetry instead of painted drywall.
Safe Removal Tip: If you must remove the mount from a painted wall, do not pull it off directly. Use a hairdryer to heat the mount for 1-2 minutes to soften the adhesive, then use a piece of dental floss or fishing line to gently saw through the glue behind the mount.
